The next meeting of MBAA District New York will be held on Friday, September 12th at The Gutter, a unique craft-beer-themed bowling alley in Brooklyn, NY (a three minute walk from The Brooklyn Brewery). Check it out here:

The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

2:00 – 3:00 - Greeting and Social Hour (share some beer)

3:00 – 3:45 - Business Meeting, Voting in of new officers

3:45 – 4:45 – Technical Presentation: Working with Brett
Neva Parker, Lab Manager of White Labs, will be presenting on: Brettanomyces fermentation. This is a truly unique opportunity, as there is almost no written info available to the brewer on this subject. Come see what Brett is really about.

4:45 – ? – Dinner and Bowling ($25)
