Two days at Glenwood Springs at Hotel Denver.
Glenwood Springs Brew Pub- brewery and restaurant.

Rooms range from $59, 69, and 79.
$59 room has queen bed interior view.
$69 room has queen bed with river or Mountain View.
$79 room is upgraded with queen or king bed and River or Mountain View. 30 rooms reserved. 7 rooms have already been taken.
Will need a $40 room deposit.

We will start with hors d’oeuvre and beer Friday evening. Dinner will be on your own. There is a restaurant at brewpub.

Saturday morning we will have a speaker meeting.

Tobin Eppard (Manager of the Coors Brewery Institute) and Shannon Ambrosio (Brewing Process Manager). will be speaking on Fermentation Biochemistry:

A fairly detailed look at the fermentation processes of brewing yeast as it relates to carbohydrate utilization and order through to flavor maturation processes. Importantly, a practical set of guidelines will be discussed. Lecture and classroom style discussion will be facilitated. This will be an excellent opportunity to re-visit some of the yeast processes that result in final beer flavor and quality as a short revisions style course.

There will a barbeque on Saturday at one of the nearby parks.

Play all afternoon. Lots of things to do, hot springs golf, hiking etc.

We will have dinner at the brew pub Saturday evening.

The cost will be $ 25 registration fee for members with a reimbursement of $35/night (two nights) return for hotel room and $10 for gas. $80

For non members the cost will be $50 registration fee with no reimbursements.

Please get reservation in early. I have to have them by July 1, 2005
