District Western New York held our first meeting of 2004 at the Anheuser-Busch
brewery in Baldwinsville, NY.

Mark Sammartino, Anheuser-Busch brewmaster,
presented the technical session on "Esters-How to Influence".
The technical session was followed by the business meeting and dinner
catered by Dinosaur Barbeque.
Our next meeting is scheduled for April 14th at F X Matt Brewing Co. in
Utica, NY. Our annual fundraiser, Taste with the Brewmasters, will be
